Clinically proven: Using METOO MW-3 Advanced Whitening Toothpaste for 7 consecutive days can increase tooth brightness by 61.09%.
Dentin sealing clinical trial
Test Overview
Tooth hypersensitivity is a common oral condition characterized by painful responses to external stimuli such as cold, heat, sour, and sweet. Dentin hypersensitivity can be caused by a variety of factors. Classical theories posit that the root cause of dentin hypersensitivity is enamel loss and gingival recession, which lead to a loss of root bone and expose the dentin to the external environment. Dentin hypersensitivity can be treated by applying a sealant to the dentin surface to seal the exposed dentinal tubules. This study employed an acid etching method to remove the contamination layer from bovine dentin sections, simulating the opening of dentinal tubules. This established a highly reproducible dentin hypersensitivity research model, enabling objective and accurate evaluation of the effects of test substances on dentinal tubule sealing.

Day 0
Open Dentinal Tubules

Day 3
64.87% Occlusion

Day 5
79.34% Occlusion

Day 7
90.79% Occlusion
This demonstrates that HAP Shield™ Sensitive Care Toothpaste exhibits an exceptional occluding effect on dentinal tubules, providing superior efficacy in relieving dentin hypersensitivity.
Clinical trial of tooth enamel repair
Test Overview
Enamel specimens after acid etching were immersed in toothpaste slurry and artificial saliva for 379 cycles. Deionized water was used as a control and treated simultaneously (simulating 14 days of cycling). The hardness of the enamel specimens before and after treatment was measured, and the hardness difference (A HV ) was calculated. The difference (A Hy ) between the sample group and the control group was compared to evaluate the toothpaste's effect on enamel repair. The enamel strength restoration rate of the toothpaste sample was expressed as the ratio of the hardness of the sample group after treatment to the original hardness. The enamel strength improvement rate of the toothpaste sample was expressed as the ratio of the hardness difference before and after treatment to the hardness value after acid etching.

Results demonstrate that continuous use of HAP Shield™ Sensitive Care Toothpaste for 7 days effectively repairs damaged enamel, promotes tooth remineralization, and increases tooth hardness by 3.1 times.
